Lead Permit Controller
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Must have held a supervisory position in either plant operation or construction.
* Must be able to manage/control the contractors permit to work applications.
* Must be familiar or capable of reviewing ALL contractors PTW application, method statements, task risk assessments, plus JSEA's.
* Must be able to set-up/manage a PTW application data base, this will be either access or an excel spread sheet.
* Meet with EM / Client / Contractors to resolve any permit or system issues.
* Must have an experience for the said position.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
