Halcyon Offshore Pte Ltd is a multi-disciplinary engineering and construction contractor for the offshore oil & gas industry. With our rapid business expansion, we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our growing team. Immediate availability preferred.

We are seeking a candidate with strong drive and commitment to join us as a

IN-HOUSE LEGAL MANAGER
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* To produce concise and clear documents without reducing enforceability.
* To effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct of corporate secretarial matters for the group.
* Assist in managing complex deals through to contract signature, and thereafter ensuring both that the relevant business team understands the deals, and that they are implemented fully and properly.
* Responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a large number of medium to complex client transactions within a corporate environment.
* Actively participate in the development of processes, policies and procedures designed to mitigate legal risk and / or increase the efficiency of the group legal affairs.

Requirements:
* Possess a qualified degree in law with at least 3-5PQE as a corporate lawyer in practice or as in-house counsel.
* Strong business acumen.
* Good knowledge of corporate secretarial matters, incl. ACRA filings.
* Experience dealing with bank / financing / facility documentation.
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with outstanding English ability.
* Ability to work autonomously under time pressure.
