Halcyon Offshore Pte Ltd is a multi-disciplinary engineering and construction contractor for the offshore oil & gas industry. With our rapid business expansion, we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our growing team. Immediate availability preferred.

We are seeking a candidate with strong drive and commitment to join us as a

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities
* Safety of the workforce.
* Development of a superior workforce.
* Development of the Human Resources department.
* Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
* Personal ongoing development.

Detailed Responsibilities
* Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions.
* Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals.
* Responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance management and training & development.
* Handle administrative arrangements for in-house & external training activities.
* Review & recommend training policies as well as recommend & implement staff career development programs.
* Execute annual performance appraisal exercise.
* Reinforce through constant communication through briefing sessions to ensure all staff have fully understood the requirements and guidelines.

Requirements:
* Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience with good understanding of local employment legislation.
* Good interpersonal as well as written & verbal communication skills. Multiple languages is a benefit.
* Experience with payroll processing.
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents.
