Customer Relations / Marketing Manager

Our Clent is a technology provider within PNG, offering a large range of products and services for business customers and personal users. They are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relations and Marketing Manager to be based in Port Moresby
You will be required to deliver the strategic marketing objectives, inline with company goals and to co-ordinate and manage the Customer Relations programs.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Developing a 3 year integrated Strategic marketing and communications plan in line with budget and sales and training objectives
• Working with all departments to create product, brand and market positioning through brand management, ensuring brand consistency in all communications
• Managing the marketing team and develop and implement Customer Relationship strategies
• Managing generation and placements of press advertisements/press releases and other marketing collateral
• Managing community liaison and sponsorship strategies.
• Developing timelines and manage work to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Managing internal and external suppliers e.g. media booking and advertising agency.
• Managing production of staff newsletter on a monthly basis.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• At least 5 yrs experience in a similar role
• Hands on experience with desktop publishing, multimedia and web design programs
• Exceptional design and creative ability with extensive experience in the design of quality promotional material
• Ability to translate detailed briefs into finished products
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, demonstrating Initiative and a good work ethic
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic marketing direction for medium to large business

Experience in website development / maintenance, and knowledge of developing visual merchandising for a retail showroom floor an advantage.
