Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the management of selected product line (s) for our clients Mining Division. The ideal candidate must be able to analyze the mining markets and develop viable strategies for the entire product life cycle. This individual must have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to manage across various functional groups.

The Product Manager will lead efforts associated with all aspects of product line management including, but not limited to:

• Leading cross-functional teams to support quality and new product development initiatives.
• Developing short and long-range innovative product line strategies.
• Developing sales and profitability objectives and driving toward achievement of these objectives.
• Developing the product line’s competitive strategy, defining both pricing and positioning.
• Conduct market analysis for existing and future products.
• Preparing financial justification for new products, line extensions, and enhancements.
• Managing the development of all product marketing and technical support materials.
• Working with Marketing Communications to develop and execute product promotions.
• Developing and delivering product presentations and training for the direct sales force, field support and customers.
• Travel to various regions around the world in support of sales efforts and industry events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or engineering.
• 5+ years marketing and/or engineering and/or product development experience.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in mining industry and with high-technology integrated systems solutions.
• Expertise in complete product life cycle management.
• Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Fluency in a foreign language a plus.
