Client located near Spokane, WA has an immediate need for a Silicon Crystallization Program Manager. The overall responsibility for this position will be to develop the technology for the silicon crystallization program to include personnel, facilities, and budget. The primary focus will be to manage the activities for the integration of processing steps to crystallize various forms of silicon. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading producer.

Responsibilities:

-> Developing the overall plan to include critical systems and practices
-> Team leadership
-> Obtaining needed resources
-> Project management
-> Budget control and cost reduction activities

Requirements:

-> Bachelor, Masters, or PhD degree in engineering or related scientific discipline (materials, physics, etc.)
-> 10+ years experience in the R&D environment including several years of success as a team/program leader
-> Work experience directly supporting industrial manufacturing
