This mid tier entity is recognised for their civil engineering services ranging from preliminary earth and site works through to full project management with an emphasis on land development for residential, industrial and commercial projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to act as the key Job Manager in ensuring the delivery and timely professional completion of high end Civil Sub Division Projects. Reporting to this position are:

Civil Foreman; Contract Administrator; Estimator; Leading Hands; Contractors. To be successful in this position, you will be a degree qualified Civil Engineer and you will have previous relevant exposure to a majority of the following:

Construction management of $1 - $5m sub divisions; Management of onsite contractors; Exposure to residential, industrial and commercial projects; High level of project communication skills;
