During these uncertain times, its safe to know that some Contractors and Consultancies are willing to still engage high numbers of staff – they can do this due to an unprecedented number of projects on their order books, strong relationships with their clients and a thorough knowledge of the construction processes they use in their desired market!

In2work has been requested to source Project and Construction Managers on behalf of 4 Top Tier international contractors and 3 Consultancies who operate in the a number of different markets, most notably in the EPC/EPCM, Civil Infrastructure and Building Construction Markets – the projects are range from CV$200m up to CV$6b, are city based and also FIFO, and the rosters on offer are a mix of either 10 days on 4 days off, 21 days on 7 days off or in some cases, dependent on your personal circumstance and their requirements, they will be willing to negotiate a different roster.

Staff turnover in all 4 Contractors and Consultancies is very low compared to Industry standards due to the emphasis placed on Safety, Training and Development of employees to their fullest potential – in short, they are devoted to employee satisfaction hence their excellent staff retention.

Roles on offer:

Project Manager (EPC/SMP/Oil and Gas) 2 EPC/Oil and Gas Companies seek Project Managers with 10-15 years experience in large civil infrastructure/SMP projects. Excellent knowledge of Australian construction standards, experience in managing large teams, planning works, financial and progress reporting, mitigation of risk and training and development of staff are crucial elements of this role. Tertiary Engineering Qualifications essential. Office Based and FIFO available

Operations Manager (Mechanical/Electrical/Structural Mechanical Process) Top Tier Contractor requires an experienced Operations Manager to guide their SMP/EPC business unit. Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate will have delivered projects CV$200m and up within budget and time constraints, will have strong financial and progress reporting skills, motivation techniques as well as client liaison skills and a knack for business development. Tertiary Engineering qualifications and occasional site visits to projects required

Rail Project Managers and Construction Managers 2 X Billion dollar plus rail projects, 1 in Northern West Australia and the other in North West Qld, require Project and Construction Managers experienced in the Rail Industry to deliver each project to time and budgetary constraints, manage large teams (250-400 staff), interface with the client, consultants, designers and local government authorities to achieve project handover to client and client representatives satisfaction – FIFO roles, excellent packages, benefits and incentives.

Construction Manager Massive Oil and Gas project in Western Australia requires a Construction Manager to manage all aspects of the project including all mechanical, piping, structural and civil works. Reporting to the Operations Manager, 2 Project managers as direct reports – workforce of around 500 – 600. Previous successful large project experience essential.
