Established in 1989, this reputable 2nd Tier contractor has continued to uphold its standing in the industry by delivering projects with quality workmanship and in a timely and expedient manner. Since it's inception, this contractor has delivered works ranging from large residential and industrial subdivisions for both Government and private industry, water and sewer reticulation works, car park construction, large earthworks for road and industrial projects and many general construction and maintenance contracts.

Due to an ever growing book of works, they currently require the services of an experienced Foreman/Leadinghand. You will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring materials are delivered on time and most importantly that the project is delivered on time and on if not under budget.

As the successful candidate you will have relevant local experience in working on subdivision projects up to $3m and have the technical sense to ensure the smooth running of the jobs. You will be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

You will be rewarded with a base salary between $65-85k depending on experience.
