Exploration Geologist

Private mineral resource company is looking for exploration geologist to start up a drilling project in central Asia. The job begins on September 1, 2009.

You will be responsible for development of drilling, geological and geotechnical core logging, setting up core logging and sample preparation lab.

Working knowledge of geological software, like Datamine, MapInfo, Arcview is essential.

You have 5-10 years of experience in gold exploration; previous exposure to the international environment is a big plus. The project is located in the severe climatic condition, only healthy, younger than 40 years of age will be considered.

Technical English and verbal Russian are mandatory language skills.

Initially 6 month contract to permanent. Relocation package is available for the right person. Compensation is to international norms with the potential to increase.
