This established builder focuses on mutistorey apartments, industrial projects and high specification architectural homes. The company has a number of new projects starting over the next several months and is sitting in a very strong position in the market.
As a result of their ongoing growth the company is currently seeking an experienced Estimator in an autonomous position, tendering on a variety of mid tier commercial projects.
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience estimating on projects up to $25 Million
Strong attention to detail
A reliable work ethic
Experience working on high spec residential projects will be highly regarded, though not required
