The client established their business nearly 35 years ago, supplying specialist services to construction companies, government organisations, councils and developers. The company's key services include Demolition, Civil Works, Excavation, Landscaping, Asbestos Removal, Commercial & Heavy Equipment Hire.

Due to the contractors continual development and the award of several large projects the Civil & Demolition sector of this business are seeking a Civil Estimator to join this already highly successful team.

To be successful in your application you must have:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil or Demolition, Bachelor in Civil Engineering or its equivalent will be highly regarded.
• Extensive experience operating within the civil excavation and demolition sector, in a management, engineering or estimating position.
• Knowledge of the local market, including clients, subcontractor and general industry contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using estimating programmes and various other construction related computer software i.e. Expert Estimation, Microsoft Office, etc.
