A well respected client with a location in Northern New Mexico has and opportunity for a CNC Operator to create and resurface generator components. The position requires relocation and the client will discuss if a local candidate cannot be located. Client will interview soon, please answer questions and submit your resume today.

Responsibilities:

-> Load and run CNC programs into machine control and enter tool length and offset
-> Preform measurements on product and make necessary adjustments to meet set specifications
-> Under direct supervision will look for and detect equipment malfunctions, make necessary adjustments to insure quality of production
-> Use measuring devices including calipers, ID and OD micrometers, vernies, depth gauges, indicators and scales to ensure manufactured product meeting set specifications
-> Working in a shop environment and operate fork-lifts and other devises as needed

Requirements:

-> Technical school diploma, or a minimum of 3 years related experience and /or training
-> Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC machines in an Electric Apparatus Repair Facility
-> Must be able to read drawings, specifications, and quality plans
-> An understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
-> Must have experience in doing set ups and machining for lathe and milling machines
-> Must have experience working with ferrous and non-ferrous composite materials
-> Must be willing to work a rotating and flexible work schedules
