Client is looking for a Sr. Project Scheduler with 15+ years of experience supporting power plant or petro chemical construction projects. You must have specific scheduling & planning experience on DCS upgrade projects. Any experience on Bag-house/Scrubber projects would be a plus. This is a long term, year long contract assignment located in northern NJ. Our client is looking for local candidates but will consider all candidates that meet the skill set.

Responsibilities:

-> You will be responsible for the project schedule, development, oversight, control and progressing on a DCS upgrade project at a coal fired power plant
-> You will be responsible for developing and maintaining engineering & construction schedules using Primavera P3 software
-> Advanced critical path method (CPM) analysis of a resource loaded schedule and audit function, scheduling from 60% engineering design thru startup

Requirements:

-> You need 15+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler supporting power plant or Petro Chemical EPC projects
-> You must be proficient with developing new and maintaining existing engineering & construction schedules using Primavera P3 v3.1c software
-> You must have specific planning & scheduling experience supporting a DCS upgrade project, preferably on a Coal Fired Power plant
-> You need experience with advanced Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis of a resource loaded schedule and audit function, scheduling from 60% engineering design thru startup
-> Experience on a DCS Upgrade for a Bag-house /Scrubber project would be a PLUS
-> You need experience with subnets and a working knowledge of Digger
-> Our client prefers candidates that are local to NJ, but will consider all qualified candidates
