SMALL PRIVATE Oil & Gas Company with production of approximately 130 BOEPD is searching for an individual to manage and serve as President of the company. Must have Engineering and/ or Business/ Finance degree. As a proven professional with oil & gas experience you will handle complex corporate structures, including different entities with different ownerships. You will also deal with day to day technical aspects of operated and non-operated production operations. A strong financial background is also necessary. Must be able to prepare budgets/ actuals and model future plans to be presented to the board of directors. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
