The Company

This company has been around for decades and with the Queensland market continuing to boom they are for ever expanding. They currently have major works under way and are also about to start one of the biggest redevelopments Brisbane has ever seen.

The focus of their work is commercial however they have been known to get involved in the retail side of things as well. Value wise they focus on projects ranging from $100million and above, there is no limit to the size that they can go. The Position

Reporting to the Construction Manager, your purpose within this team will be to ensure the successful delivery of design and construct projects within budget and time parameters. Your strong communication, administrative and planning skills will complement your ability to manage and drive a team towards a mutual goal and help in the delivery of projects including meeting deadlines, financial targets, design objectives and management of site staff and subcontractors. You will also be proficient in the management of the safety plan and ensuring all parties are aware of the objectives.

Your success in this role will be a testament to your proven experience in commercial construction and or Educational Projects on similar sized projects. Ideally you possess formal qualifications in Project Engineering or similar discipline, or have developed a successful career from an extensive trade background. Most importantly, you are a high achiever who thrives on the challenge and sense of achievement that results from delivering first class projects to satisfied clients.
