Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity in Melbourne?

Delivering projects on time and on budget is what you do. The challenges will be around managing a variety of stakeholders, delivering comprehensive and detailed documentation and meeting stringent safety regulations. This is a role that will need all your knowledge, business acumen, communication skills and management experience. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple critical construction projects that centre on the aviation safety industry.

Based out of Melbourne you will be responsible for multiple projects both locally and interstate. With over 20 locations nationally, you will be available for travel as well as able to communicate your thoughts and ideas with teams on the ground.

This is a role where your communication skills are the key to success. Developing relationships with key stakeholders will ensure the smooth running of these projects. Able to influence at all levels you can pre-empt and avoid problems by liaising with and listening to those around you. Provided with an outcome you will develop and provide the path to success;

developing supplier relationships liaising with critical stakeholders and aligned projects offering alternate options understanding relevant regulations;
as well as;

providing procurement and resourcing strategies. A proven leader, with highly developed influencing skills, you have at least 5 years experience in delivering high value or complex projects. Tertiary qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction you are looking to take on a role that will provide you with industry specific support and career development potential.

You may have experience from infrastructure such as roads and rail projects, defence including defence housing, training facilities or site development, and/or commercial construction, including specialist office facilities, retail or industrial. Experience with training, aviation or fire facilities would be highly regarded.
