This is your opportunity to be involved with one of the largest and most exciting developments in the country, and to position yourself for an International role with one of Australia,s most successful and recognisable organisations.

Working closely with the Head of Projects and an experienced team, you will be responsible for liaising with and co-ordinating all of the building services associated with this project. Major stakeholders will include top tier construction companies, external Project Management consultancies and engineering design firms.

With a background in total services design management and project control of sub contractors and design consultants, you will position yourself to drive for best value, best quality design and subsequent on time programme delivery.

Your experience as a Services Project Manager or Building Services Engineering consultant will be crucial in understanding time frames and design requirements, extending to an ability to respond to onsite issue resolution, variations and programme control over time frames and resources.

The successful applicant will have a strong engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical) and a proven track record in delivering the services components of large, multi-million dollar projects. A strong background in Building Services/Construction is essential, as is the ability to manage personalities from multiple engineering disciplines and onsite construction contractors. Strong commercial awareness and communication skills will also round out your abilities. Previous experience within a live environment, ideally hospitals will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of Facilities Management.
