A well respected and growing national commercial builder is looking to appoint a Construction Manager to oversee the operations of the Victorian business. With the ability to take on projects up to $100M in value and with current work in hand well into the hundreds of millions, the successful CM will bring with them an ability to manage multiple projects and project managers and have a track record in delivering similar large scale jobs for a respected commercial builder.

As Construction Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and regularly meet with the senior management team to assist in the continued growth of the business. You will be responsible for:

Review of tenders (trade packages, company risk, design)
Manage the handover process of successful tenders to the Project Manager and appointed team (who you have selected)
Oversee all projects and manage associated teams
Manage all operations relating to Construction
The recruitment and development of staff
Overall continued client satisfaction
You will be a highly motivated and driven leader that has astute commercial acumen and great communication and people skills. You may be working as a Construction Manager in a similar role and be looking to move to a company that will reward you handsomely or be a Senior Project Manager that is looking to step up into a senior management position. Either way, your expertise and years of experience will be rewarded with an industry leading salary package and bonus scheme.
