Our client is a multi-faceted organisation with a focus on major infrastructure in Queensland, rapid growth has created a need to expand their current team and appoint an experienced Contracts Manager.

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for providing guidance on the evaluation of all progress claims. You will also provide recommendations and advice on all commercial matters relating to the project.

Key Responsibilities include:
Review all documentation to ensure the documents reconcile to claimed value
Review methodology in calculation of amounts claimed
Issue requests for information (RFI's)
Prepare TOC vs Actual report and discuss outcome with Project Director
Coordinate claim process with alliances
Knowledge and Skills required:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing commercial aspects of contractual arrangements
Knowledge of Governance framework and controls relevant to the Contract Management function
Demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals of Alliance style agreements within construction or Infrastructure sector
Ability to provide direction and leadership to Alliance in all aspects of claim preparation and owner requirements
Proven ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Excellence in time management, prioritisation and organisation skills

You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal as well as being a highly motivated and productive manager.
