A Highly successful mining operation, regarded as one of the industry leaders within Hard Rock Mining currently have an opportunity for a Shift Supervisor within the Ore Processing department, to exhibit their skills. Joining the team and reporting to the Ore Processing Superintendent, your responsibilities will be:
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Supervise operators, train loaders and surface maintenance employees
• Implement career reviews and manage leave provisions
• Monitor all production and maintenance activities and make sure all metallurgical standards are adhered too
To be successful for this position you will have experience in the following:
• Previous ore processing experience, preferably within copper
• High level of organisational and communication skills
• The ability to promote a team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
