About the Company: Our client is a best practice affordable housing organisation which designs, constructs and manages sustainable housing for people in need. They are an award winning employer of choice and have recently won an award for having one of the lowest turnovers of staff.

About the Role: Our clientis rapidly expanding across Australia and internationally and is looking for a Project Manager experienced in residential development. Based in Perth, Western Australia, you will develop and coordinate the pre-construction stages of new residential projects, including determining financial viability using your excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.

About the benefits / rewards: One of the successes of this client has been their ability to attract and retain the best staff in industry; they do this by offering competitive salaries and a positive environment to work in. For this particular role the salary will be anywhere between $150,000 and $200,000 however for the right candidate this is negotiable and the package will include good incentives and bonuses.

Requirements: You will ideally have experience in business development in the housing industry and possess a minimum of 10 years Project Management experience. You will need to have experience in financial modelling / residential land / housing development. Tertiary qualifications are desired but not essential. Excellent communication skills and the attitude of wanting to succeed with this fast growing and well-established organisation are essential.
