Aim:
To leverage off the current hydrogeology work which is being secured through large-scale infrastructure projects, but farmed off to sub-cosultants, and build a sustainable hydrogeology group under you.

Current expertise:
International Multidisciplinary consultancyHighly reputable water, geotech and environmental teamsSecured Large-scale projects using expertise in other engineering disciplinesCurrently farming out all hydrogeology work from these projects to various sub-consultantsHydrogeology expertise throughout UK, US and Asia officesPlan:
Initially you will be kept busy with the hydrogeology work coming from secured projectsYou will initiate the organic growth of a specialist hydrogeology team underneath you through internal and external marketingHave the autonomy to build the specialisation and positioning of this team as you see fit – the firm currently has established networks throughout mining, infrastructure, defence, local and state government and property sectors.
