PROJECT MANAGER - Modular Buildings

Frontline Construction currently seeks an experienced project manager with to handle a major manufacturing building supply contract. The successful candidate will provide project and contracts leadership on a major WA project to ensure it is completed on time and on budget.

We are looking for someone who has experience in residential, commercial and/or modular building project management working with large and complex EPCM projects.

The successful candidate will display very high levels of leadership, motivation skills and also be able to lead the company into the future on other large Australian projects.

What we require

5 + years experience in project management Experienced in camp construction Proven track record in delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and budget Experience in delivering project management on EPCM controlled projects Experience in interpretation/administration of contract conditions/purchase orders Good understanding of BCA codes Understanding of client specifications and scope of works Manufacturing/Construction building experience (Modular building experience highly regarded) Scheduling and contracts administration of complex projects Effective management of client expectations and relationships Experience in developing financial status reports for EPCM and internal players Installations experience on remote sites/site based experience (desirable) Suitably qualified in project management, engineering Experience in liaising and managing project teams Experience using MS Project/Office & Prima Vera softwareWhat we can offer
