This firm is a quality driven, international construction and management consultancy recognised for the value and innovation they bring to their work. Their Energy division is heading in an exciting direction in WA and is now looking for a proven Estimator to join their ranks. This position will be reporting our Estimating Manager and will involve adding to their technical expertise and maintaining a senior presence within the Energy sector.

You will be expected to be responsible for:

Preparation of conceptual, preliminary and budget estimates (Class 1, 2 and 3) Review and endorse estimates prepared by others prior to presentation through the applicable approval stages Perform Cost Analysis of estimates as part of the Estimate Assurance prior to presentation through the applicable approval stages Encourage superior levels of performance by other staff through mentoring and knowledge transfer Contribute and support national/international offices by actively participating or knowledge share.Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years estimating experience in the oil and gas environment. A relevant tertiary qualification and knowledge of estimating software is also essential. A significant package is on offer to attract the ideal candidate to this role. My client considers that the careers of their team must be nurtured at all stages and accordingly will propel the Cost estimator toward more senior assignments when appropriate.
