Great contract job opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN for Harness Design Engineer with Unigraphics NX experience!!

Responsibilities:

-> Define problem assumptions, boundary conditions, and design requirements
-> Create drawings, layouts and 3-D models using UG NX-4 (preferred)
-> Extract layout data and use skills in computer aided engineering and analysis to apply engineering theory to system designs
-> Mentor and lead lower classification Engineers and Designers in design guidance, project documentation, adherence to established drawing and performance standards
-> Coordinate as appropriate with suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, and other engineering personnel to develop the information required to complete assigned engineering projects
-> Develop plans for all work within assigned project scope and lead the project to completion within agreed estimates

Requirements:

-> 4 year Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering, or Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Technology
-> Min 5 years of experience in design/engineering Prefer vehicle experience
-> Background in vehicle harness design and routing
-> UG NX ver 2 (4 preferred)

• Do you have BSME or BSMET?
