IMMEDIATE NEED with a leading manufacturing company located in Memphis, TN. Client is searching for INDUSTRIAL MECHANICS to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Requirements:

-> Four year technical degree or equivalent experience
-> Three to five years industrial maintenance experience in Rolling, Melting, or Casting
-> Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles
-> Mechanical power transmission components (couplings, Bearings, and Gearing) experience
-> Welding, fitting, and general fabrication experience
-> Lubrication techniques and applications experience
-> Experience with material handling equipment
-> Industrial hydraulic systems experience
-> Air compressor maintenance and operation experience
-> Able to read prints (Mechanical and Hydraulic)
-> Basic electricity experience
