HOBART CITY COUNCIL BUILDING ASSET MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR $63,371 to $72,607 per annum Hobart City Council's Architectural Projects Unit is central to the provision of architectural, urban design and landscape services together with project and contract management services and building asset management activities in order to meet client needs. Reporting to the Manager Architectural Projects, the Building Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for undertaking asset management, facilities management and building project construction management activities, with a focus on meeting the needs of internal clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and capable individual who has an appropriate tertiary qualifi cation with a minimum of three years relevant experience in either; • Architecture;• Buildings Management;• Quantity Surveying or similar; or• A Diploma level qualification in building operations or maintenance, architectural practice or design with greater than 10 years of relevant experience. Additional qualifications in facilities management, project management or general asset management would be desirable. To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated experience coupled with well developed written and verbal communication skills.
