Well respected and established company
Hard tender market
Having long since established themselves as a quality commercial new build company over 30 years, this strongly lead company has continued to progressively outshine their competition. Delivering projects from hard tender markets the company is continually invited back to tender based on previous success.

As a competitive tier 3 organisation the company require the skills of a professional estimator to continue to drive their Melbourne based office on projects up to $25 million. Candidates will have a demonstrated background within estimating in a commercial head contractor. A strong emphasis has been placed on previous exposure to government tendered projects and a list of D&C projects previously won.

SALARY NEG. UP TO AND INCLUDING $140K based on relevant senior experience

Candidates will be encouraged to work independently reporting soley to the company Directors. Previous administration exposure will be looked upon favourably but is not however essential. This is a long term opportunity to join a company that is ahead of their competitors in todays market.
