Our client is a well respected and growing commercial builder/developer who are looking to appoint a Construction Manager to oversee the Construction Division. With the ability to take on projects up to $100M in value the organisation operates solely in Victoria concentrating predominately on the high-rise residential market.

The Construction Manager will bring with them an ability to manage multiple projects and project managers, and have a track record in delivering similar large-scale jobs for a respected commercial builder.

As Construction Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and Managing Director while based in their Melbourne CBD office. You will be responsible for the management of all projects and associated teams, project finalisation and handover, assisting with establishment of sites, recruitment and development of staff and ensuring final certificate and release of final securities is obtained.

You will be a highly motivated and driven leader that has astute commercial acumen and great communication and people skills. You may be working as a CM or be a Senior PM that is looking to step up into senior management. Your expertise and years of experience will be rewarded with an industry leading salary package and bonus scheme.
