TOGA CONSTRUCTIONS NT WATERFRONTDARWIN CITY CONTRACTS MANAGER The Toga Group is a dynamic and progressive property group, highly regarded for delivering quality residential, commercial and hospitality developments across Australia and in Europe. The Darwin City Waterfront redevelopment has stimulated the growth of Toga's Darwin Office and we currently have a position available for a Senior Contracts Manager. Duties and Responsibilities; • Main contract progress payments, cash flow forecasting• Client variation preparation and submissions• Tender preparation, assessment and recommendation• Budget control and management• Purchase orders, accounts and invoicing management• Contract preparation, including coordinating changes and execution• Sub-contractor and supplier payments.• Sub-contractor and supplier variation assessment and approval• Local Industry Participation reporting (LIPP) and Apprentice Training Management / Coordination This position presents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual looking to develop a long-term career within a rapidly expanding Property and Construction Group. Only candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable position should apply and candidates with experience in Cheops will be considered favorably with an attractive salary package to be offered to the right person.
