With over 20 years construction experience, this main contractor has proven their ability to build quality projects and have gained the respect of their clients and competitors.

Specialising in commercial projects up to $15 million and with a strong pipeline of works lined up for the reminder of the year and beyond, a position has become vacant due to growth, for an experienced Project Manager looking for a long term opportunity.

To be considered for this role you must have proven construction project management experience, whereby you have overseen a minimum of 5 projects in a project management capacity, each valued at $2 million and above. You may come from a tertiary or trade background or have run your own construction business; however you must have proven experience running projects of such a size and within the commercial sector.

Experience working on projects such as schools, aged care, community centres and churches would be highly looked upon. If you have worked with the public sector before, such experience will be highly regarded.

This is an immediate role which will offer an attractive salary up to $130,000, dependent upon your experience. This company boasts a work environment which is supportive and team orientated, and one which promotes staff training and development.
