12 Month Contract

Our client is a multi-faceted organisation with a focus on major infrastructure in Queensland, rapid growth has created a need to expand their current team and appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator.

Reporting to the Procurement and Contracts Manager your will be responsible for all contractual obligations in conjunction with the contract including extensions of time claims, dispute resolution, risk mitigation, letting of tenders, request for information (RTI) progress claims and managing and maintaining the Sub Contracts register.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a large construction or infrastructure alliance project with a working knowledge of the fundamentals of alliance style agreements and experience in preparing professional documentation in a commercial environment. A tertiary qualification in engineering, legal, contract management or any other relative discipline is preferred. You will have excellent problem solving and communications skills both written and oral.

All considered candidates must be commercially astute with the ability to foster long lasting relationships with stakeholders and best value at all times. Applicants must be strong in policy and procedural processes and have the ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level.
