Location: Salem, OR, USA
Client is currently seeking a Wastewater Collections Systems Manager to cover over 700 miles of territory in the northwest Oregon area.

Responsibilities:

-> Manage the daily operations maintenance wastewater collections systems, including providing leadership, developing budgets and objectives, and supervising daily operations
-> Participate in the planning and development of special studies and design improvements for wastewater collection and drainage systems and make recommendations to staff and consultants
-> Prepare the division's annual budget including the maintenance and management plan, and present the budget to the Operations Services Manager and Director
-> Manage the approved budget by monitoring expenditures, ensuring the maintenance goals are met, and making mid year adjustments to the budget as necessary

Requirements:

-> A Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, public or business administration or a related field
-> 5 years management or supervisory experience in public works operations or a related production environment
-> Grade IV Wastewater Collections System Operation Certification required on date of hire
