JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: HSEQ Integrated Management System Coordinator
Department: HSEQ
Reports to: HSEQ Manager
Primary responsibilities
Support the HSEQ Manager through document control, records management, HSE statistics, company and vendor HSE audits.
Skill Profile
• BS in science or engineering or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 5 years industry or consulting, with safety or environmental experience
• Experience with safety management systems
• Experience with ISO 9000 & 14000 a plus
• Strong communication skills required (oral and written)
• Needs to be a self-starter, motivated and proactive
Communication Areas
Interacts with company office and field personnel, contractors, company E&P Division, and government personnel. Good communication and computer skills essential. Solid interpersonal skills required.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Improve & maintain HSE IMS document control & records management systems
- Maintain IMS procedures and work instructions
- Assist operated facilities with IMS records management
- Special projects as required
