Senior Electrical Engineer & Team Leader

This is a true niche multi-disciplinary organisation. They are dedicated to the delivery of design services to pharmaceutical and high technology manufacturing, research and development laboratories, and the commercial and healthcare sectors.

They seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead a team of design engineers. Ideally you will have a strong background in laboratory and healthcare facilities, although a solid background in complex building services projects will be also be considered.

You are regarded as a strong manager, one who leads by example and can command respect from a team that has been established for a number of years.

You will have:

At least 5 years experience in a client focused lead role on major commercial projects Over 15 years experience in design of controlled environment projects >$100M Strong contractual and commercial awareness Knowledge of the total building design and construction process The ability to command respect from peer groups such as clients, architects and other design professionals Well developed communication, problem solving and analytical skills The ability to increase the size and profitability of the team as well as developing new business In this position you will be working with some of the most respected professionals in the industry. You will be challenged by projects that are at the cutting edge of design and technology.
