Growing & Expanding Resources Organisation Must have underground & longwall experience Challenging role
This independent rapidly growing resources organisation has been steadily riding the economic downturn and are now entering a growth phase and looking to strengthen their mining operation and seeking an experienced Undermanager with underground and longwall coal experience.

The company is a leader within its field of coal and has participated in many joint ventures in exploration, mine development and coal production with the NSW market.

As an undermanager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibility:

Planning, organisation and control of mine processing and resources to facilitate production and meet targets in accordance to the business plan Lead & manager supervisors on shift to develop a safety culture, ownership in line with the companies values Fulfil the statutory role of the mining supervisor Requirements:

Need a 2nd class NSW Undermanagers ticket Underground coal mining and longwall experience Technically competent and a proven track record within a similar role Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships In return:
