As a result of the increase in ongoing projects in Darwin, there is an immediate need for a highly qualified Estimator.

Reporting to the General Manager for NT, you will be responsible for all aspects of the estimating process including preparing risk and opportunity summaries for tenders, determining and investigating construction methods, preparing cost plans and budgets for potential projects and obtaining sub contractor quotations for assessment and archiving. You will prepare accurate and competitive pricing leading to the conversion of target projects.

To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry. You will have commercial awareness as well as pc literacy and be a forward thinker.
