Based in the Brisbane skirts reporting to the QLD Rail Manager, this new role is a lead Principal level position within a high profile division of the group. The Principal Engineer position will join an established team playing a key role toward the delivery of rail projects, and is responsible for Interdisciplinary technical contribution related specifically to Permanent Way design management and integration, resource allocation, team management, high-level technical mentoring and ongoing development of industry relationships and client management.

As the Principal Engineer within the group you will be assured of an autonomous role where your previous experience of mentoring and team leadership will be recognized amongst your peers and opportunities for further professional and personal development will be made available to ensure your career path remains well defined and apparent.

What we're looking for:
Bachelor Degree Qualification with 10yrs + industry experience in the Rail sector local or overseasExperience using relevant Rail softwareProven design and design management background Excellent project management and relationship building experience Prior team mentoring experience highly regardedWhat's on offer?
