RecruitR is partnered with one of Australia's most successful and experienced oil and gas operators and with the recent merger with a global petroleum group, their continued success is now written in stone. In this thriving coal seam gas sector, our client has proposed to build one of the largest greenfields LNG facilities on the east coast of Australia. To go through with the next phase of this landmark project, the immediate focus is on securing a highly qualified estimator to lead their project team.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will provide the total cost estimates for the project completion on this multi billion dollar facility. Based in the project office in Brisbane's CBD, you will be responsible for managing tenders and tender documentation. In addition you will also be working closely with the engineering department, planning group and the schedulers.

In order to be considered for this role you will possess the ability to:
Demonstrate your direct exposure to site experiences within the oil and gas sectorAssist with major tenders, $1B+ proposals and expressions of interest Review tender documentation to ensure quality Compile tender submissions for tenders To be degree qualified in a relevant discipline

You will have well developed understanding of the engineering and construction industries gained within the oil and gas projects. You will be well versed in the use of MS Excel, spreadsheets and databases. Strong communication skills combined with a team contribution will be highly regarded.
