The Role
As Legal Contract Manager you will be responsible for delivering, reviewing, analysing and implementing contract processes and procedures within this successful business so that areas of improvement can be identified. You will be required to provide advice on contractual matters and assist in establishing an internal control framework for contracting process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will ensure customer satisfaction by developing strong business relationships with customers and devising strategies to accomplish commercial objectives ion line with customer and company requirements. You will get involved in assessing the risk involved in project opportunities and oversee the commercial progress of the project by producing review reports and by monitoring, analysing and reporting on contract performance.
The Successful Candidate will
"Be a legal professional with a recognised qualification
"Have experience of managing contract law, finance and risk
"Have worked within the oil and gas or engineering sectors
"Be commercially minded
"Have experience of managing international and worldwide contracts
