Hays are embarking on a major UK recruitment drive for one of Australia’s most influential construction companies.

They have significant operations in the rail, water, roads, marine, building and mining industries and they employ 12,000 people across Australia and Asia. As a result of unprecedented investment in the Victorian rail infrastructure and on-going expansion, they are looking to grow their Melbourne based rail team by employing experienced rail and civil engineers.

They are looking to secure the best talent in these areas and applications are encouraged from junior site engineers with a minimum of three years experience to senior project engineers across all disciplines. A degree is preferred along with experience working for a rail contractor. Significant training and support is provided to make the transition into working in the Australian rail industry as smooth as possible. P-way and Civils site engineers will be expected to have prior surveying experience.
