As Australia continues to look for innovative and deliverable Infrastructure solutions, our client is strategically developing its major tunnelling exposure.
Due to work already in hand and being delivered as well as their preferred route of ECI on major projects, they are currently strengthening their TBM and large diameter tunnelling ability.

Your role will typically entail a combination of pre-construction and on site delivery with typical duties entailing Value Engineering, Programming and scheduling, Design amendment, Completing the Contract to budget, specified quality and delivery to time whilst satisfying environmental requirements and maintaining good relationships with sub-contractors and stakeholders. In senior roles, your remit will also entail guiding and directing your PE team, as well as working very closely with both Consulting and Client to manage cost.

Critically you must have had on-site delivery experience on TBM/Segmental Tunnel packages of work, not just associated packages on major Tunnelling projects. Exposure to Shaft and/or Mine construction may be considered but TBM/Driven Tunnel exposure is preferred.

Demonstrable experience in all facets of project delivery in the Heavy Civil sector is key to you evolving and progressing in this role.

Key to the role is demonstrating you are a career oriented individual, able to build and foster outstanding performance within the project team (direct and Indirect reports) and utilise the experience of the Project Directors and Alliance Managers to develop your knowledge.

Packages available are line with qualifications and experience and genuinely competitive and in line with market and project conditions with Bonus schemes reflecting delivery ahead of time, quality and budget within safety guidelines.

Projects are typically correctly priced at $500m to $2bn in value.
