This West Australia EPCM has successfully managed and delivered some of the largest and most complex projects to date in Australia. With significant resources and industry knowledge this employer is truly in a class of its own.

Key to they vast achievements is the ability to deliver technically outstanding and cost effective solutions to their clients. Due to organic growth they are currently requiring the services of an established Rail Engineering Manager. Critical to this role is the delivery of technical quality, integrity and adequacy of all design engineering work within all specific areas. Ensuring that the design is constructed within the safest, most efficient and economic manner. You will also responsible for the provision of technical support, staffing resources, procedures, standards and quality control to meet the needs of the project execution plan. Specific Responsibilities: Producing Engineering deliverables to set schedules.Implementation and maintenance of Policies and Procedures.Management of staff/contractors and sub-contractors to the EPCM engineer. Producing design deliverables according to required time frames and set standards.Assistance and review of contracts providing advice and input as required. You will be required to have a proactive approach with a keen interest in maintaining solid working relationships with senior management, clients and peers alike Your logical and analytical personality coupled with strong organisational skills will set you apart from the rest. You will be a demonstrated leader, will the ability to train and mentor others. A strong HSE understanding and a established history working with large EPCM projects are essential. The specific criteria are a minimum of 10-15 years in a similar role with a degree in mechanical or civil engineering or equivalent, with extensive experience in the design and construction of rail and infrastructure. Excellent remuneration and conditions are available for the perfect candidate.
