$40 - 60K PA

With a wide range of homes and townhouses, our client is one of Victoria's largest homebuilders. With 20 years experience in establishing their customer's lifestyle, this residential firm is looking to strengthen their expertise within their Estimating Team. If you're looking for stability and an enjoyable team culture, than look no further.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop bill of quantities, generate purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors and develop relationships with internal and external people and conduct all production and sales estimating duties.

Ideally, the candidate will have:
• At least 12 months estimating experience on residential projects.
• You will preferably have experience with software applications such as Databuild or Timberline.
• If you have a carpentry background you will also be looked upon favourably but not essential.
• A building related tertiary qualifications.
• Previous experience with a volume builder strongly desired.
