This mining operation has plans to expand over the coming 12 months and are looking to attract the very best people to their operation.

You will be responsible for the development of the site in its entirelty reporting only to board level. In addition you strong base metallurgical background in Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning will ensure both process and site developement are delivered on effectively .You will possess the people and business management skills in order to control costs and ensure site employee are working towards the organisations targets.

Ideally you will be from an base metal operational background that will include an appropriate tertiary qualification.

This highly important role is suited to the experienced Mining profesional who is looking for the next step and a long term route to a general managers position.This role will involve the use of a full range of skills to deliver rewards for the entire organisation.
