The Company

Our client is a specialised labour hire services provider to the NSW construction and industrial markets. They work on building trust, loyalty and partnerships with their clients which has resulted in long-term and highly profitable partnerships. Currently they are seeking to engage the services of a BDM for their Sydney offices.

The Opportunity

Your role will be to identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing and security markets. You will work closely with key decision makers to understand their business and their specific requirements. From there you will be responsible to source, screen and place suitable candidates into various roles.

You

1-3+ Years sales experience within Labour Hire.
Strong sales approach.
Driven, motivated and career orientated.
Results focused.

Your salary package will include a lucrative base salary, super and car allowance. You will also receive an uncapped commission structure and further career advancement opportunities.
