An active junior exploration company in West Africa is looking to recruit an experienced Chief Geologist, with good experience in Birimian gold exploration in West Africa, to coordinate all geological work in-country and report to the Board of Directors. A proven track record of leading field teams, setting targets and maintaining fieldwork schedules, good basic computer skills, i.e. GIS and resources software is required.
The position will be based in the company's head office in West Africa, but the successful candidate should be prepared to undertake significant amounts of fieldwork where necessary, approx. 60% - 70% of the time. FIFO with competitive remuneration package.
