Materials Manager - MRP/Bills of Material/EVMS 38-43 $/hr

Immediate contract opportunity for a EVMS Material Analyst at unique company in Northern, VA !! A great job opportunity that is close to all; transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Responsibilities:

-> Research and verify material deliveries and projected delivery dates
-> Update forecasted start and finish dates and actual start and finish dates for material work packages
-> The detailed monthly earned value analysis for material receipts
-> Research and work with CAM's and Work Package Managers to explain monthly schedule and cost variances

Requirements:

-> Full understanding of indented parts lists and manufacturing BOM's in order to compare the released Bill of Materials against baseline Bills of Material and track engineering design changes for impact to Material procured for build
-> Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
-> Familiarity with indented bills of material and have basic knowledge of Oracle MRP system
-> Be self motivated, detail oriented, willing to perform investigative type work
-> Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-> Business Degree
-> US Citizenship

• How many years experience do you have working with Earned Value Management Systems and Bills of Material?

• What is your working experience with MS Excel?

• Have you ever worked with an Oracle MRP database before?

• Are you a US citizen?
