Healthcare Facility/Maintenance Engineer EDUCATION: B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Certification in Health Care Safety Engineering is preferred. EXPERIENCE: 10+ years' experience in healthcare facilities maintenance and construction. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads a team responsible for the maintenance, renovation, and capital projects of the Saudi Aramco Medical Service Organization Facility. Develops preventive maintenance programs, reviews engineering design documents, and proposes practical engineering solutions. Reviews manpower requirements and technical aspects of budgets and accountability. Ensures contractor workmanship quality and adherence to hospital and international healthcare standards, i.e. JCIA, NFPA, OSHA, AIA. Proficiency in Microstation and 3D imaging is desirable.
